When you first move in, make sure you get in writing every little thing that is wrong physically with the apartment because they will blame you for everything and take your deposit. Only three vents worked in the apartment and instead of fixing it they just told me it was normal at peppertree. The issue with the vents and the way the AC is connected cause really high electric bills, which they also said was normal at peppertree. Moving out was so stressful with them, they try to get every penny they can out of you.
